Transflash is a free monthly newsletter (10 issues a year) published by:
- Certu (the Centre for Studies on Urban Planning, Transportation and Public Facilities),
- the DREIF (the Ile de France Regional Directorate of Public Works and Infrastructure),
- the network of CETE agencies (regional public works engineering agencies).
It deals with urban transportation, in the French départements and regions. It aims to provide concise information, be a source of ideas for the networks and facilitate contact between readers interested in more in-depth information.
