The sustainable development newsletter is published by Certu, the Centre for Studies on Urban Planning, Transportation and Public Facilities. Every month, the editorial, columns and feature articles tackle a subject that has a direct link with the activities of the French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Planning and Development. It invites readers to find out more about this subject thanks to website links, or to extend their knowledge by visiting the “Tools and methods for sustainable development » extranet site.” Run by Certu and the General Spatial Planning Inspection office of the French Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Planning and Development) in Lyon, the “Tools and methods for sustainable development” extranet site provides all the latest information on sustainable development and its implementation in the different areas in which the Ministry takes action.
