"Mobility and transportation" Summary Report No.2

For around the last twenty years, Certu has managed four databases on urban transportation :

• household travel demand surveys, based on the "Certu standard" method ;
• the annual survey on urban public transport, in partnership with the GART and the UTP ;
• the annual survey on public transport services within France’s départements, in partnership with the ADF ;
• the survey on parking.

The “Mobility and transportation” Summary Report No.2 provides a summary of this collection of data that is unique in France, and which serves to give a national overview of mobility, public transport services and parking. These data are used to track trends, compare different agglomerations of the same size and, thanks to objective figures, provide a basis for discussion. They are thus essential tools for carrying out studies.
