Certu is developing an initiative on the theme of urban projects and sustainable neighbourhoods. The aim of this is to capitalise on skills and knowledge and develop teaching and methodological materials for operational development planning. The project approach is fundamental to this initiative, linking together the various study, design and implementation stages, and based on a concern to ensure consistency between the quality of urban life, social diversity and environmental and economic issues.
