Air pollution is a growing concern among the population. It ahs been proved that traffic in our cities is the prime cause. Certu deals only with pollution linked to ground-based transport infrastructures, extending over the regions. Changes in the law and regulations confirm the need for the State and the territorial authorities to tackle the problems of air pollution and health.
