This study topic concerns , either as part of the process of building new facilities or once they have been built and are in use. It provides tools, analysis, data, best practices and methods within the framework of two flagship actions: first, «Sustainable Development and Public Works» which deals with the process for new operations and, second, “Analysing and sharing best practices in the area of Sustainable Development in the building trade in France”, which is concerned with buildings that have recently been opened for use. The aim is that these two actions should be mutually enriching thanks to all that can be learned through observation.
