Certu responds to its partners needs in the area of project management to handle the supervision of sustainable operations, aiming to satisfy users’ demands. Sustainable development requires an increasingly professional approach, especially in the definition of needs integrating every aspect of such development. This study topic is thus concerned to take account of social aspects in facilities use. It produces guides on planning procedures, on formalising and circulating planning data and on training to develop and refresh skills on use in the departments.
