This study topic produces methodology guides to help project owners and their assistants in managing projects with professionalism and incorporating the concepts of sustainable development. This is based a) on sharing knowledge concerning the financing options for operations, and particularly, on how to decide which type of complex legal package to use (e.g. a PPP public investment plan, an LOA lease option agreement or a BEA long-term public lease), and b) on publishing guides on supervising sustainable development operations and assistance in project ownership and on developing and promoting use of the PICP utility.
