In addition to providing training and advice for the managers of publicly-owned property, Certu published 2 methodology guides in 1996 which have since been regularly updated. The Certu methodology is an overall approach to property asset management techniques, which now includes the requirements of sustainable development and, in particular, information concerning energy efficiency and accessibility requirements.
