Among sports infrastructures, it is without doubt swimming pools that have seen the biggest changes in recent years. As well as their specific sports function, swimming pools have become leisure areas where people can relax and have fun. These major notions must be taken into account at the design stage for the new generations of swimming pools, and also in the many projects involving renovation of existing installations.
