The technical and legal aspects (there are many regulations and laws) and the diverse ways in which local authorities organize this activity, highlight the fact that feedback and sharing good practices are essential to improve the design and management of future works and develop new tools and methods. The issue of networks and, more generally, the subgrade, is critical and merits careful attention.
