At La Boutique Certu, we have made browsing as user-friendly as possible so that you can search the catalogue quickly and precisely.

Enter http://www.certu.fr/catalogue to go directly to the Certu catalogue "Homepage".

There you will find all the new features in the catalogue, together with instructions on how to search the site as simply as possible:

• Use the search engine top centre to search according to different subject areas. An advanced search facility is available to search using a number of search criteria (date, price, keywords, ISBN, Collection, etc.),
• Click on the national flags to view the site in French, English or Spanish,
• Caution : even if our books are presented in 3 languages, our catalogue is primarily available in French; check the language of the book to see its availability in English or Spanish.
• The column on the right provides direct links to site content and general information:
• Right at the top, the “Subject” box provides direct links to works arranged under main subject areas. These subjects are divided into sections, for example, under the “The City and the Environment”, you can go to the section on “Noise” where you will find all the publications related to noise pollution. Under each subject heading you can see the number of works available.
• Just below this, there are two boxes containing direct links to “Publishers” and “Certu Collections”,
• Last, using the “Information” box at the bottom, you can look up the general information pages (assistance, general sales terms and conditions, Certu software, shipping and returns).
• “Customer” services can be found in the column on the right:
• Right at the top, access is provided to your customer space, where new customers can set up a customer account.
• For customers already logged, you can check and modify your personal details (Name, facturation and shipping address, password, ...), access and follow your orders, download free documents ordered by the shopping cart.
• Just below this is the shopping basket, which lists all the items selected with a view to ordering.
• Below this you will find a new Certu feature “Front page news”,
• Lastly, further down the page there is a space for visitor and customer comments. We welcome any criticism you may have of our works. Your comments can be viewed by future visitors.
• At the bottom of the page is a link to publisher information and the site map.

All this search information is shown on every page.

Insofar as regards the "Products" page:

• The architecture is the same as for the "homepage" except for the central section which lists all products.
• Each item is presented in a separate frame containing full details regarding the item: reference code, collection, title, summary, format, number of pages, languages, publishers, authors, price in Euros, availability, etc. Be carefull, only a few book are english written.
• In some cases, it is possible to download (without making an order) the presentation file, summary and cover page of the publication,
• Other documents that can be downloaded free of charge may be available under the section entitled “Download related documents”. To view these documents, you need to add them to your shopping basket first, then validate your order. After that, you can access to the download in your customer access (orders - download).
• Several options are available in the case of software. In general, these correspond to different prices (new licences, next licences, licence updates, etc.).Be carefull, some price are reserved to some French Ministry ; see page « Software Price ».
  
• Just below this is a section on “Other recommended products” presenting other works dealing with the same subject.
• Lastly, at the bottom of the page is a regularly updated list of other products purchased by customers that have purchased the same publication or software that you have selected.

To place an order, simply click on the “caddie” icon (Add to shopping basket) on the right :

• The selected item will be added to your virtual shopping basket.
• You can then go on to add more items to your shopping basket to complete your order. To do this, simply click on “Continue”.
• If you are already a customer, simply login, validate and choose a payment method.
• For the new customer, you will have to complete the form (E-mail, surname, first name, address, etc.). Your e-mail is needed because the boutique will send you a message for the activation of your account. All those informations are needed to deliver your order.
• You will be sent an order number confirming that your order has been registered.
• If your order have free download documents, you will be able immediately to access them in your customer access.

Lastly, do not forget to read and agree to the general sales terms and conditions before completing your order!
